Fresh Salad Rolls
Fresh Salad Rolls originated from Vietnam. It became very famous in Thailand in late 70s. Salad Rolls are really easy to make. What you will need are Rice paper, noodles, vegetables, and meat (optional). Cut vegetables just a bit smaller than the rice paper. Wet the Rice paper in luke warm water until soft. Put wet Rice paper on a plate, add vegetables and meat then wrap everything. At Aiyara Thai Cafe, we serve our Fresh Salad Rolls with homemade Peanut Sauce and Ncog Chum (Vietnamese Sauce).
